§ Judgement rule
What we called public toilets are now public Bio Centers for receiving poop donations. The doners can donate their green waste, compost, animal waste, usable fertilizer, chalk and especially their own poop for processing high energy and refined fertilizer for small DIY gardens. Every family can take up to a certain amount of fertilizer in form of compressed 10 kg cubes for growing their own vegetables and fruits at home, but are encouraged to bring their waste along.
