I can verify this. I was monitoring the website as well and it was at 80% when trading was suspended.

trading being suspended does not mean that is when the market results execute. It is 79% and will continue to go down but it wont pass 75 tonight. 75,80 is the correct result

The rule says by end of day so the cutoff time doesn't matter. I agree that it is 75,80 since it is at 79% and will only marginally decrease until midnight.
