Questions

• Asking costs nothing, proverbially.

Sponsoring

• Incentive -- An incentive is not a price of Prediki but rather prize money which sponsors provide in their sole discretion to promote active participation in a question. Prediki solely effects the collection, administration and settlement of prize monies.

• Commission -- In return, Prediki charges a commission of 30 % of the incentive which is due concurrently with the incentive itself.

Value added tax, if any, is calculated from and added to the incentive. Applicable tax rates are as follows:

• 20 % VAT -- for private sponsors from within the European Union (EU) and for companies from within Austria.

• Not taxable -- for companies from outside Austria and for private sponsors from outside the EU.

A sponsoring can be cancelled up to its planned start time. In such case, Prediki will refund the total invoice amount of prize money, commission and VAT, if any, minus a cancellation fee to an account of the Sponsor.

• Cancellation fee -- Prediki charges a cancellation fee of 5 % of the Incentive, subject to a minimum of 20.00 US dollars per single case, exklusive of applicable VAT.

Charge-backs

• Administration Fee -- If an electronic payment fails due to a charge-back, the debtor will be billed for third party costs. In addition, Prediki charges an administration fee of 20,00 US dollars per single case, exklusive of applicable VAT.

Pay-outs

• Minimum Pay-out -- A pay-out is possible as soon as the cumulative winnings of a participant amount to at least 20.00 US dollars.

• Pay-out fee -- Prediki charges a fee of 1.50 US dollarsa for each pay-out transaction.

• Bank charges -- Third-party bank fees are to be borne by the participant and will be deducted from the pay-out amount.
