Add another answer (Multiple choice and scaled questions)

The answer options to a prediction question should be comprehensive, covering all possible outcomes. This may require adding a "catch-all" answer. Normally, 3 to 5 answer options will do, 7 should be a maximum. While it is possible to enter more answer options, this is not recommended and very rarely necessary.
