# If nothing arrives in your Inbox folder, please also check your Junk or Spam folder.
# If neither there, please contact us.

==== Set new password ====
# Click the password-reset link contained in the e-mail or copy it into your browser.
# When back on the Prediki platform, please enter a new password.
# Memorise the new password.

To protect your winnings and your personal information, please never send or tell or write down your password in an unsafe place. Only enter your password on the Prediki platform for logging-in and for confirming certain sensitive actions.
 
Prediki does not store unencrypted passwords and will never send out your password by e-mail or in any other written form. We will also never ask you to send us or to tell us your password. If you are being asked by anybody to send or tell your  password you should assume that you are the target of a phishing scam.
