A complete case SCOTUS (Supreme Court of the United States) decision is a case that was argued this term, in front of the full or most of the bench, and one where the majority opinion is decided and published on https://www.supremecourt.gov/ It does not matter what the ruling will be, just whether or not a decision was made and published. The month will be determined by the month that is included on the official court decision document published on https://www.supremecourt.gov/ and if there are any people who traded after 12:00 AM the day of or any days after the "decided on" date on the document and before trading on the market was suspended, those trades would be voided.
