QuestionWhen will American citizens be able to travel as a tourist to all the EU countries again?Judgement ruleFor purposes of this question, Americans must be allowed to travel to all EU countries as a tourist using their American passport. Essential travel, such as healthcare workers, does not count. All 27 EU countries must allow the travel.
