The question shall be judged by the date on which an authorised representative of the United Kingdom formally notifies the European Council of the UK’s intention to withdraw from the EU in accordance with § 50 of the Treaty of the European Union. The question shall be judged “No notification” if such has not occured latest by 31 December 2017.
