      This makes it clearer, I am not yet fully ready to support though. How would the precise count work, say for "R"? Also you may want to specify the region, depending on the site you pick. One definitive error: the result arrival expectation should be a time after the two years not the 23rd this month.

      The judgement rule to this question is still too vague for a prediction market. I will support the question if you improve the judgement criteria for the standard required on Prediki:
      1. What does "dominate" mean, specifically, as expressed by a future fact?
      2. What are some sources which will report on such fact occurring (or not)?

      Also, is there an explanation why this question is important to you and others? If so, you may want to put that information into the wiki.
