Settlement proposals

Please check if any final result proposed here has really happened. Is there a reliable source for this information? Is the proposed cut-off date before the time when the final result became certain beyond reasonable doubt? Did the trader proposing the final result refrain from cheating with quick last trades? If these checks are positive, please vote "Yes" for settlement else "No".
§ Judgement rule
California voters will decide on Proposition 40 in which state residents whose estimated net worth exceeds $1 billion on 1 Jan 2026 would pay a one-time 5% tax on their accumulated wealth (this tax would impact roughly 200 individuals). If there is no vote on the usual election day the NO outcome will occur. background: https://calmatters.org/california-voter-guide-2026/proposition-40-billionaire-tax/ https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2026_California_Proposition_40 https://ballotpedia.org/California_Proposition_40,_One-Time_Wealth_Tax_for_State-Funded_Healthcare,_Education,_and_Food_Assistance_Programs_Initiative_(2026)
