When you like to keep things very simple you might be going to call yourself minimalist. A minimalist prefers the minimal amount or degree of something and anyone who likes things very simple could be called a minimalist. In order to eliminate the superficial and artificial, so as to focus on what's truly special to us it is necessary to get into a mindset of searching our own self. Throughout centuries this was the practice of monks and nuns and today it also becomes the practice of moms and dads in a normal family. This question is to bring awareness of the teaching and to answer from the heart.
